Priyanka set up Shaashi Ventures with a simple frustration in mind: buyers in Nagpur were being handed brochures instead of answers. Every enquiry that comes through this website reaches her directly, and she stays on it through site visits, negotiation, paperwork and possession.
Because our commission is paid by the developer, the incentive is to place you in the right project rather than the most expensive one — a repeat client and a referral are worth far more to a small agency than a single rushed booking.
